No Refunds • We do not offer refunds for lash extension services under any circumstances. 2. Excessive Fall-Out Guarantee • If you experience excessive lash fall-out within 72 hours of your appointment, we will provide a complimentary touch-up to address the issue. • Any concerns must be reported within this 72-hour window with clear photos if possible. 3. Allergic Reactions • We cannot provide refunds for allergic reactions, as this is beyond our control. • A patch test is available upon request prior to your appointment to help identify possible sensitivities. 4. Client Responsibility • It is the client’s responsibility to follow aftercare instructions to maintain lash health and longevity. • Improper aftercare may result in premature lash shedding, which will not be eligible for a complimentary fix.
