At Stae Awhile Esthetics, we strive to provide the highest quality lash extension services. Please read our policy carefully before booking: 1. No Refunds • We do not offer refunds for lash extension services under any circumstances. 2. Excessive Fall-Out Guarantee • If you experience excessive lash fall-out within 72 hours of your appointment, we will provide a complimentary touch-up to address the issue. • Any concerns must be reported within this 72-hour window with clear photos if possible. 3. Allergic Reactions • We cannot provide refunds for allergic reactions, as this is beyond our control. • A patch test is available upon request prior to your appointment to help identify possible sensitivities. 4. Client Responsibility • It is the client’s responsibility to follow aftercare instructions to maintain lash health and longevity. • Improper aftercare may result in premature lash shedding, which will not be eligible for a complimentary fix. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No Show fee is $60- Cancellation or Rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advanced from your scheduled appointment if it is not rescheduled in allotted time the fee will be $40. Payment of the fee is due before or at the time of your next appointment.
